  • 25ml 1oz Wray & Nephew
  • 30ml 1oz double cream
  • 30ml 1oz whole milk
  • 10ml 0.5oz sugar syrup
  • 3 drops vanilla essence

Instructions

  • 1
    Put all ingredients in a blender with some ice and blend in bursts to keep some ice chips.

    Pour in to a tall glass.
  • 3
    Garnish with some grated nutmeg on top.
